Natalie has been practicing yoga for 6 years and has completed 500 hours teacher training in Goa, India. She is very passionate in sharing her love for yoga and its benefits, both the physical and mental. A prime focus of Natalie’s is on Mental Health, having studied online Awareness in Mental Health and Working in Health and Social Care. Mental health being very close to her heart,her mission is to helps others through yoga by focusing on practicing mindfulness within her classes. Prior to yoga, Natalie studied Dance at university, deciding that industry wasn’t for her she ended up in an office job working within health & safety for 6 years. Thankfully she found her calling in Yoga, she now feels this is what she is meant to do. She also works part time with her sister making traditional Italian Gelato throughout Kent & London. Natalie plans to continue studies in mental health, to enhance her yoga classes.
